The third installment of the Paddington movie, which was filmed in various locations in Peru, will be released on November 8 in the United Kingdom.
After six years, Paddington returns to the big screen in a new edition. After the resounding success of the first two films, which grossed almost 500 million dollars internationally, the famous spectacled bear seeks to surprise his fans in his third adventure, Paddington in Peru, set in stunning Peruvian locations.
The film, based on the endearing tale "A Bear Called Paddington", written by Michael Bond, was directed by Dougal Wilson and produced by Studio Canal, in the United Kingdom. It also features brilliant performances by Olivia Colman and Antonio Banderas.

In this new installment, Paddington returns to Peru to visit his Aunt Lucy, who now resides at the Home for Retired Bears. Together with the Brown family, the beloved character will embark on an exciting adventure.

Filming took place in two emblematic Peruvian locations: the historic city of Lima and the imperial city of Cusco. In the Peruvian capital, filming took place in the Historic Centre, the Plaza Mayor (Main Square) and the Miraflores Boardwalk.
While in Cusco, scenes were filmed in the Historic Sanctuary of Machupicchu , in the town of Machupicchu and on the Waynapicchu mountain.
In recent years, Peru has been the setting for major international audiovisual productions, such as “Dora and the Lost City”, “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts”, “Street Food Latin America”, “Down to Earth” with Zac Efron and “La Reina del Sur”, among others.
Now, the South American country is not only positioning itself as an important tourist destination but also as an attractive centre for film and audiovisual production. Get ready to discover the magic of Peru in the new Paddington movie, opening this November 8th in the UK!
