The B.A.P. Unión, the largest and fastest sailing training ship in Latin America, docked in London at West India Dock in Thames Quay as part of its international European mission. On board, Casa Perú offered a variety of experiences showcasing the richness and diversity of Peruvian culture from different perspectives.

From July 7 to 10, 2025, the B.A.P. Unión became a cultural and promotional platform, welcoming media, tour operators, influencers, and specialized UK audiences. The visit featured traditional dance performances, tastings of Peruvian cuisine, and immersive experiences that transported attendees to the flavors, colors, and sounds of Peru.

Casa Perú served as a traveling embassy, an exhibit experience presenting the country's main tourist destinations alongside its natural and culinary wealth. It highlighted the potential of Peruvian products such as superfoods, specialty coffees, pisco, and alpaca fiber—the latter also featured in a fashion showcase held on board.

A Journey That Inspires
The B.A.P. Unión’s visit to London invites the world to discover Peru from a new perspective: authentic, diverse, and vibrant. If this experience inspired you, we encourage you to follow the journey—this time to Peru—to explore its landscapes, history, and warm hospitality firsthand.
