Chachapoyas route tour

The best way to see Chachapoyas is to give yourself three days. When you arrive in Chachapoyas, start by visiting the Gocta waterfall. The trail there is lovely, and you can choose to complete the route on foot or horseback. Your next destination should be the fortress of Kuelap, an imposing structure with a massive outer wall that will take your breath away. Finally, there is the Leymebamba Museum: viewing its marvelous collection of more than 200 mummies is the perfect way to complete your tour of Chachapoyas.
