Cusco is voted best Latin American city in Travel + Leisure survey

Cusco has left an impression on more than a few travelers. Its valleys, squares, towns and other charms make the imperial city one of the most important in the world. Frequent travelers and readers made this clear in Travel + Leisure´s annual survey, where they chose Cusco as their favorite Latin American city to visit. This is the third time this department has won first place in the region, in addition to having been among the top cities on ten occasions.

This honor will also be featured in the printed version of Travel + Leisure, considered the world´s most important travel magazine, with a circulation of approximately 6.7 million people globally. Furthermore, this award, which has been given for 20 years, secures a place for the chosen city among the most important in the tourism industry.
