The Peru Export and Tourism Promotion Agency (PROMPERÚ) presented 944492314 as a new IPERÚ WhatsApp number, with the purpose of continuing to provide official information to travelers about tourist attractions, routes and destinations offered by our country.
The implementation of communication via WhatsApp Business, as an additional service to deal with inquiries from national and foreign tourists, seeks to ensure that travelers receive a quick and efficient response from IPERÚ, in order to help make their time in the country as pleasant and safe as possible.

In addition to the WhatsApp service, IPERÚ has 42 national offices and modules offering onsite services, and a call center so that tourists can contact 574-8000 and receive information to enhance their travel experience. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Furthermore, PROMPERU has also enabled two additional advisory and information channels at points located in 16 regions of the country: via e-mail at [email protected] and through the website at www.peru.travel.
