“Perú Show” will take place in New York as part of the Peruvian National Holidays. The event will present the country’s best fashion, cuisine and cocktails and will be held between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. from July 27 to August 2. Entry will be free of charge.
New York’s Chelsea Market was chosen as the venue for this pop up event where Peruvian products will be on sale, giving New Yorkers and visitors alike the chance to sample the diverse flavors and appreciate the vibrant colors of the ancient city of Machu Picchu, the Andes and the Amazon jungle, as well as the modern side of Peru today.
The location for this activity is regarded as one of the most visited sites in New York and a large number of people are therefore expected to attend. It is also recognized as one of the most important gastronomic hubs worldwide, meaning vendors will be able to offer their products direct to the public or for wholesale.
The gastronomic curator for this event is executive chef Emmanuel Piqueras Villarán.
