Martin Morales, a former music executive and DJ and now a renown Peruvian chef, lives in London and has become a great promoter of Peruvian cuisine, capitalizing on his culinary roots in a city where Peruvian food isn't even on most people's radar. In the world of music, Martin owns his own label, Tiger's Milk Records, which focuses on bringing both traditional and modern Peruvian music to the old continent.
