Due to the eruption of the Ubinas volcano in Moquegua, the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Export and Tourism (PROMPERÚ) reports the following:

3. As a prevention measure and due to the smell derived from the eruption, it is not recommended to visit the areas near the Salinas Reserve and Aguada Blanca in Arequipa.
