Talking of Cusco means to relate it to its historical, tourist and cultural value. Its Inca fortresses, colonial mansions along with its amazing landscapes and bohemian life make this charming place one of the most visited destinations in Peru. However, the Imperial City hides in its valley a world of alternatives for you to enjoy unique experiences full of adventure.

Imagine sliding on a cable 100 meters from the ground; jumping into the void supported by a rope or ride through the Sacred Valley on a quad bike. If you are a lover of action, Cusco offers you everything you are looking for. You just need a little acclimatization and the decision to push yourself to the max. Take note of the best plans you can make if you ever find yourself in the Imperial City.

Skybike

Although it is a sport new in Cusco, more and more visitors dare to do it. With the skybike you can float between the mountains, supported by a harness. Before, you must climb a 45-meter high rock wall or make a vía ferrata, an itinerary for one of the six routes that the walls of the place have. From the top and accompanied by a spectacular view, all you have to do is keep your balance and pedal along a straight track at a height of 60 m.

This incredible experience, which costs 140 soles, can be lived in the town of Cachimayo, just 20 minutes from the city by taxi or bus, between the rocky hills of Catedralniyok.
