There is no doubt that coffee is one of the most consumed products in the world. Its pleasant taste and unique aroma, together with its revitalizing effect, make it essential in the morning, after lunch or a long day at work. However, its charm goes beyond that. And we can also enjoy it in a large number of desserts.
Nowadays, Peruvian coffee is increasingly being used as the main ingredient in many pastry recipes, which gives rise to different desserts of varied texture. Now, we present some of the most requested and easy to prepare at home. If you are not a coffee lover, do not worry, we assure you that you will also be surrendered to them.

In another bowl, beat the eggs until they are fully integrated and add them to the first mixture and incorporate the remaining 400 ml of milk. With the help of a sieve, strain the preparation and place it in the mold. Finally, place it in a water bath in an oven at 356 °F for approximately one hour. Once it's done, remove it and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
