Absolute beauty can be reached. It is approximately 3 hours of ascent, from the town of Yuraccorral, in the Huascarán National Park, in Ancash, in Peru. Laguna 69 lies calm at the foot of the snowy mountain, like a gigantic emerald. The landscape is simply extraordinary. The path goes by a forest full of bushes and ascends among the rocks, always next to a creek that descends from the lagoon. Once up, you feel that you can dominate the Earth and that you are one step from heaven.
Laguna 69 is located at 4600 meters above sea level. During the ascent, you must carry a small backpack with nuts, first aid equipment, repellent, bottled water, and also wearing glasses, a hat and warm clothing. The temperature ranges between 5 and 25 ° C.
The rest is adrenaline and passion for adventure.
Come and discover this magical corner of the Cordillera Blanca in the land of the Incas!
