Peru will host Adventure Next 2023

Peru continues to be the chosen destination for major events this year. On this occasion, it has been confirmed that the country will host Adventure Next 2023, an event focused on nature and adventure tourism, to be held in December, in Arequipa.

As a result, the region will bring together operators and tourism service providers from Peru, as well as buyers and attendees from North America. Additionally, there will be a business roundtable, training seminars, and familiarization trips prior to the event.

Peru, a prominent adventure tourism destination

Peru is one of the countries that stands out in the world due to its privileged geography and biodiversity, which allows visitors to engage in many adventure sports.

Along the northern coast of Peru, there are several beaches where surf enthusiasts can enjoy large waves. In the Miraflores boardwalk in Lima, it is possible to go paragliding. Here, tourists can fly over the beaches of the Costa Verde for approximately half an hour.

For trekking enthusiasts, the Peruvian Andes offer many destinations for excursions, with the Inca Trail being the most prominent. There are multiple routes, and in all of them, tourists will enjoy the experience of discovering landscapes, archaeological sites, and remnants of what was once the Tahuantinsuyo, as they make their way to the citadel of Machupicchu.
