The musician Jean Pierre Magnet, one of the forerunners in the fusion of Andean rhythms, jazz and folklore, returns to the Grand National Theater, Lima with his latest show: "Serenata de los Andes - Magnificado (Serenade of the Andes - Magnified)". This recital pays tribute to the richness of Peru’s Andean music with a renewed and vibrant touch. There will be 24 musicians on stage, who will share the stage with the first saxophonist of Peru.
The composer will not be alone in this musical journey; he will be accompanied by the talented local singer-songwriter William Luna, who will join the melody with his classic "Agüita Magica". Likewise, all the grace and energy of the National Folklore Ballet will also be part of this show, which will bring to life the exciting choreography to the rhythm of songs such as "Princesita Huanca" and "Levantando Polvo", Magnet creations that are part of those treasures of the Peruvian Andean musical landscape.

"Sonny en el Ande", is one of the tracks that will premiere the renowned singer-songwriter, a tribute to the legendary saxophonist Sonny Rollins, or the enhanced arrangements of "Funky Alex" and "Manos de Oro". These melodies are the result of the inspiration and talent of Magnet, who invites us to an unforgettable sound journey.
